Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LifeChartMuseum (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information in connection with the LifeChartMuseum mobile application, website, public profile pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information handled in connection with your use of the Service. It applies to the LifeChartMuseum app, related websites, public profile pages, support pages, and service features that we provide.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, advertisements, payment systems, app stores, operating system features, external browsers, or services operated by third parties, even if they are linked from or accessible through the Service. Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Account and authentication information
We may collect account identifiers and authentication-related information needed to let you access and use the Service. This may include a user ID, account ID, authentication provider ID, sign-in status, preferred language, account creation date, account deletion status, ban or restriction status, and information associated with Sign in with Apple or another authentication provider used by the Service.
If an authentication provider gives us an email address, relay email address, display name, or other account information based on your settings and consent choices, we may process that information to provide account access, support, safety, and account management features.
2.2. Profile, chart, and biography content
We collect and store the content you create, upload, publish, save, or manage through the Service. This may include handles, display names, biographies, profile descriptions, profile classes, tags, chart titles, chart descriptions, chart points, chart point titles and bodies, visibility settings, public profile settings, and related profile and chart metadata.
Content you choose to make public or unlisted may be displayed through public profile pages, shared links, search features, browsing areas, favorites, biography features, or other areas of the Service.
2.3. Images and uploaded media
If you choose to upload an image, such as a portrait, avatar, or profile image, we collect and store the uploaded file and related metadata necessary to store, resize, process, display, deliver, moderate, and manage that image within the Service.
Related metadata may include file name or generated object key, upload status, storage provider, bucket name, image dimensions, thumbnail or preview information, content type, file size, timestamps, and references connecting the image to your account or profile.
We do not collect your entire photo library. The Service processes images that you choose to select and upload, subject to device permissions and app functionality.
2.4. Public content and visibility settings
We process visibility settings and related information that determine whether content is public, unlisted, private, hidden, restricted, or otherwise unavailable. We may also process public URLs, profile handles, public page metadata, display status, and related information needed to provide public and unlisted profile pages.
2.5. Favorites and saved biography data
If you use favorites, biography, collection, or save features, we may collect information about the profiles or public content you save, favorite, collect, organize, or display. This may include references to target profiles, timestamps, account identifiers, and related metadata needed to provide these features.
2.6. Search and discovery information
If you use search or discovery features, we may process search queries, search terms, filters, result metadata, profile references, interaction data, and related information to provide search results, improve relevance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the Service.
2.7. Subscription and entitlement information
We may receive and process purchase, subscription, and entitlement information needed to determine access to paid features, plans, and usage limits. This may include product identifiers, entitlement identifiers, plan codes, subscription status, renewal status, expiration status, store environment, transaction state, purchase history metadata, and related billing integration data.
Payments are processed by Apple, the App Store, or another applicable platform provider. We do not directly process or store your payment card details.
2.8. Advertising information
The Service may display third-party advertisements, for example through Google AdMob or similar advertising services. Advertising partners may collect or receive information from your device, such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app activity related to ad delivery, ad impressions, ad interactions, and information about your choices or consent where applicable.
The exact information processed for advertising depends on advertising partners, device settings, platform permissions, consent choices, region, app version, and Service configuration.
2.9. Technical, diagnostic, security, and usage information
We may process technical, diagnostic, usage, security, and operational information needed to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. This may include IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language settings, request logs, error logs, crash or diagnostic information, performance information, access timestamps, feature usage, rate-limit signals, moderation signals, and abuse-prevention records.
2.10. Reports, moderation, and enforcement information
If you report content, accounts, profiles, or behavior, or if your account or content is reviewed for safety or policy reasons, we may process reports, reported content, reporter information, account status, moderation decisions, restriction records, hidden status, ban status, review notes, security logs, and related information needed to enforce our Terms of Service, prevent abuse, protect users, and maintain the integrity of the Service.
2.11. Support communications
If you contact us by email, support page, app store review, contact form, or another method, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name or display name, message content, screenshots, account details, device information, app version, and other details needed to respond to your inquiry.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The Service is not intended to collect or store highly sensitive personal information. You should not submit information such as home addresses, phone numbers, government identification numbers, financial account details, passwords, authentication credentials, medical records, health information, confidential legal documents, information about minors, or personal information about another person without appropriate permission.
We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, calendar events, microphone recordings, camera recordings, biometric identifiers, payment card numbers, or financial account credentials as part of the core Service functionality. However, third-party services, operating system features, app stores, advertising services, browsers, or external websites may process information according to their own settings and policies.

The Service allows users to create profile-style content that may be public, unlisted, or private depending on the settings and features available.
Public content may be accessible through public profile pages, search, browsing features, sharing features, direct links, or other Service areas. Unlisted content may not appear in ordinary search or browsing areas, but people with the relevant link may be able to view it. Unlisted content is not the same as private content.
Private content is generally not intended to be visible to other users, but we may process it where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, moderate, or improve the Service, comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, or respond to support, safety, security, or legal issues.
Public and unlisted content may be copied, screenshotted, shared, indexed, cached, or otherwise retained by other users, search engines, browsers, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that public or unlisted content can be fully removed from all third-party locations once it has been made available.
6. Moderation, Safety, Reports, and Enforcement
We may process information to enforce our Terms of Service, respond to user reports, review potentially problematic content, restrict accounts, remove or hide content, prevent abuse, address impersonation, respond to copyright or privacy complaints, and protect users, third parties, and the Service.
This may include processing reported content, user reports, account identifiers, public and private profile data where necessary, moderation decisions, review outcomes, warning records, restriction records, hidden content status, ban status, security logs, and enforcement history.
We may retain moderation and security records for a reasonable period where necessary to prevent repeated abuse, investigate violations, comply with legal obligations, protect the Service, and resolve disputes.
7. Advertising and AdMob
The Service may display third-party advertisements, for example through Google AdMob or similar advertising services. Advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, app activity, ad delivery information, ad interaction information, and similar technologies to deliver, measure, personalize, limit, and protect advertisements.
Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and the Service configuration, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by applicable law or platform rules, you may be asked to make privacy, consent, or tracking choices before certain advertising features are used.
Your device or operating system may provide settings that allow you to limit ad tracking, reset your advertising identifier, or manage app tracking permissions. The availability and effect of these controls may vary by platform, region, device, operating system, and app version.
Advertising partners process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. For more information about Google’s advertising practices, please review:

We may use subscription management providers such as RevenueCat to help determine purchase status, subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement identifiers, plan access, renewal status, expiration status, store environment, and related purchase state.
Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, billing history, and payment account information are generally handled by the applicable app store or platform provider. Please use the relevant platform account settings or support channels for those requests.
Subscription recognition may depend on your platform account, transaction status, region, device, network availability, platform systems, and billing integrations.
